Cancellation & Refund Policy
1. Standard Bookings
• Cancellations made 12 hours or more before pick-up: Full refund.
• Cancellations made less than 12 hours before pick-up: 50% refund.
• Cancellations within 2 hours of pick-up or no-shows: No refund (100% charge applies).

2. Airport Transfers
• Cancellations made 6 hours or more before pick-up: Full refund.
• Cancellations made less than 6 hours before pick-up: 50% refund.
• Cancellations within 2 hours of pick-up or no-shows: No refund (100% charge applies).
3. Chauffeur Bookings
• Cancellations made 24 hours or more before pick-up: Full refund.
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before pick-up: 50% refund.
• Cancellations within 6 hours of pick-up or no-shows: No refund (100% charge applies).
4. No-Show Policy
• If a client fails to arrive within 15 minutes of the scheduled time for standard pick-ups or 60 minutes for airport pick-ups (without prior notice), they will be considered a no-show and will not be eligible for a refund.
5. Emergency & Weather-Related Cancellations
• Severe Weather Conditions: If extreme weather (such as hurricanes, snowstorms, or flooding) makes travel unsafe, clients may reschedule or cancel with a full refund at no penalty.
• Medical or Family Emergencies: If a client needs to cancel due to a medical emergency or unforeseen family crisis, they may request a full or partial refund with supporting documentation (e.g., hospital note, emergency travel proof).
• Flight Cancellations/Delays: If a flight is canceled or significantly delayed (3+ hours), clients may reschedule for free or receive a full refund with proof from the airline.
6. Refund Processing
• Refunds (when applicable) will be processed within 5-7 business days via the original payment method.
• Transaction fees (if any) may be deducted from the refunded amount.
7. Rescheduling Policy
• Clients may reschedule their booking at no additional cost if requested at least 6 hours before the scheduled service.
• Rescheduling within 6 hours is subject to availability and may incur an additional fee.
